There will be urgent delivery calls on Monday and Saturday. The Sunday call is on a best-effort basis. The regular hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept credit card payments via Stripe, Bank transfer, and PayPal. Paypal carries a 4% commission.

The size of your parcel will determine the cost of delivery. There are different weight and dimensions restrictions on the carrier services. When you submit the weight and dimensions of your parcel, our quote and book system knows which service it will offer you. If the carrier we advertise isn’t displayed, they can’t ship your item due to either size or weight.

Yes, we do! We can handle up to three pallets at a time. Please get in touch with us if you have more than this.

Yes, but In addition to the usual restrictions of signing for a package, you must be over 18 years old to sign for a package. When you request the delivery, we require identification, and the signature is verified.

All our courier services offer tracking numbers. The tracker is provided with the initial quote. The tracker can only track the service you are booked with; it cannot track other services.
