Our deliveries are generally very successful. If we haven’t been able to deliver your package, we will try to contact you and advise where it is.

We will send you a text message or email to summarize what happens and then call you. We may leave a message if you can’t answer and will send you a further message as soon as we’ve had a response. If we have been unable to contact you after sending these messages, then your parcel is likely at the courier office, in which case it is there for collection. Please let us know by calling the number above. This should not happen. We do our best to get your parcel delivered, but sometimes things don’t go to plan. We will always work hard to resolve any problems.

Conversely, we do sometimes make mistakes and give the wrong collection address. You can report this by calling the number above. Please let us know where you are, your postcode, and what you are doing. We will find you and let you know when your parcel has been delivered or collected from the courier office.
